Our Story
At Pioneer Clean Amps (PCA), we believe aviation is about more than flying-it is about shaping the future of India’s
air mobility. The company is led by Mr. Kishor J. Patel, Managing Director, and Mr. Nikhil Dwivedi, CEO, who
together bring over 37 years of precision manufacturing experience, supported by a team of skilled engineers and
technicians.
PCA specializes in industrialising & scaling advanced technologies while meeting stringent international standards.
PCA has entered into a Transfer of Technology (ToT) partnership with the Council of Scientific and Industrial
Research - National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR–NAL) for India’s first indigenously designed, developed, and
DGCA Type-Certified two-seater trainer aircraft, HANSA-3 (NG). Under this partnership, PCA will undertake
manufacturing, after-sales services, and MRO services in India and abroad.

Mr. Kishore Patel
FOUNDER
Mr. Kishore Patel holds a B.E. (Mechanical) with specialization in Marketing & Materials Management and is a Certified ISO Internal Auditor. With over 39 years of manufacturing expertise across diverse industries, he has spent the last 24 years as an Entrepreneur Technocrat. Recognised with innovation awards from Colgate Palmolive and Glaxo, he earned a PhD in Quality Management Systems in Metal Packaging in 2019.
Mr. Nikhil Dwivedi
AEROSPACE PROFESSIONAL
Mr. Nikhil Dwivedi is a distinguished aerospace professional with over 39 years of experience across the full lifecycle of fixed‑wing and rotary‑wing aircraft, encompassing design, development, manufacturing, assembly, testing, certification, and induction into service for civil and military aviation. As former General Manager of the Helicopter Division at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, he is recognised for strategic leadership in mission-critical projects and proven excellence in program and project management.
Shri Prasanta Mukhopadhyay
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (PRODUCTION)
Shri Prasanta Mukhopadhyay, Associate Director (Production), is a veteran in aerospace composites manufacturing with over 30 years of experience. A graduate engineer trained at Eurocopter (now Airbus Helicopters) Germany, he led the indigenisation of critical helicopter components, advancing self‑reliance and reducing imports. His career spans leadership in quality assurance and large‑scale production, reflecting multi‑domain expertise in precision engineering, process reliability, and advanced aerospace manufacturing.
Shri Goverdhanan A
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (QUALITY & COMPLIANCE)
Shri Goverdhanan A has four decades of experience at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, including 30 years in Quality and 10 years in Manufacturing. He contributed to Dhruv (ALH) research, prototype testing, and series production, established DGCA‑approved quality systems, and trained over 500 personnel in civil aviation regulations. As team leader, he set up operational bases, showcased ALH internationally, and supported Nepal Army operations. He now serves as Associate Director (Quality & Compliance) at Pioneer Clean Amps.
